Jamie Puckett joined Fahe’s team in 2013, bringing over 10 years of experience in the real estate field as a Loan Originator, Loan Processor, Real Estate Abstractor, and Mortgage Loan Closer, before joining Fahe, she became the Mortgage Loan Production Manager for the USDA SFH RD 502 Direct Loan Packaging Program. Her extensive experience in real estate, spanning over 20 years, has fueled her dedication to helping communities and individuals achieve homeownership.

In 2016, Jamie took over the 502 Direct Program. Her dedication to Fahe, the Direct program, other non-profit organizations, and individuals has been significant. Under her leadership, Fahe has become the leading Intermediary for the 502 Direct Packaging Program in the nation. Throughout her tenure, Jamie has remained focused on serving others and improving lives through homeownership. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to achieve homeownership and the American Dream, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, income, or individuality.

Jamie is known for her adherence to rules, often stating, “Follow the rules until the rules change, then revert back to follow the rules.” She holds her NMLS License as a Loan Originator and Loan Officer, is a Certified Loan Packager for the USDA RD 502 Direct Loan Packaging Program, and is currently pursuing a BA in Sociology and Anthropology at a Community College in Kentucky.

Residing on a small farm nestled in the Appalachian Mountains in Kentucky, Jamie and her family enjoy working on their family farm, cultivating plants in her greenhouse, hiking in the Daniel Boone National Forest, rock climbing in the Red River Gorge, and traveling throughout the Northwestern United States.
